試してみましたが、そのアカウントにメールを送信するための適切なメールを設定していないようです。サイトで作業が必要になったり、API が削除されたりするとは予想していなかったからです。 そのため、パスワードをリセットするための電子メールを送信できませんでした。
I have tried that, but it appears I never set up a proper email for that account for the mail to get sent to, since I never anticipated the site needing to be worked on or that the API would get removed. As a result, an email to reset a password could not be sent.

Hello, I primarily logged into this site using my Twitter account, and now that’s been removed. I had no other way to log-in besides that before the site moved. Now that Twitter login is suspended, is there any way for me to log into my old account? Thank you for reading this message.
